Meet LouAnn Kelly – LouAnn grew up in Brownsville and learned to swim at age 3 in a resaca behind her home. She immediately loved it and has been involved with swim programs ever since. LouAnn has taught swim lessons, lifeguarding, and water aerobics for 45 years! LouAnn also had a career in teaching the youngest members of our community, as she was a kindergarten through 2nd grade teacher for many years.
