Meet Kellen Watson – Kellen was born and raised in a Cherokee, Okinawan, and Scottish household in Oklahoma. From a young age, exercise and fitness were a huge part of Kellen’s life. He grew up playing sports and loving all things outdoors. He has participated in powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, half-marathons, and triathlons. Kellen loves training because there is always something to learn and improve. When he is not in the gym, you can find him playing guitar, gardening, playing with his 3 dogs, or riding his mountain bike. Kellen believes that we as humans have an obligation to discover our God-given abilities and to do our best with them in this great journey that we are on called life.
